We are happy to accept a return-and-exchange within 7 days from the delivery date. For us to consider your return, please send us an email on email@example.com with the receipt or proof of purchase, a photo of the item which you are considering to return and the reason of the return.
This return-and-exchange policy, once approved, will allow you to exchange for another item of the same or higher value. In the event that your preferred item for the exchange is of a lower value, we are unable to refund the difference in cash. You may opt to buy another item and top up the difference and pay for the local / international delivery charges.
To be eligible for a return-and-exchange policy, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (except for pet food supplies). It must also be in the original packaging so that we can still sell it to our next customer in the same perfect condition which every customer of ours deserves.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. SALE/ Discounted items (except for pet food supplies), goods of textile nature such as beds, towels, toys, etc cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
